On 21-22 May 2019, the Heads of Council of Europe Offices and Programme Offices held their bi-annual meeting in Strasbourg. The meetings included discussions with the Secretary General of the CoE Parliamentary Assembly, the Director of the Congress of Local and Regional Authorities, the Director of Political Affairs, as well as the Director of Human Resources and the newly appointed Ethics Officer.
