The final Module III of the 2023 Drug Policy Executive Course took place in Valletta, Malta on 10-13 October 2023. The focus of this module was on practice: how to monitor and evaluate policies, how to communicate effectively to achieve better results, and how to be part of change. Theoretical knowledge and practical experience shared by international experts, intensive discussions, study visits to Maltese health services - a rich programme culminated in the graduation ceremony where 22 participants received the Certificate in Advanced Drug Policy Management by the International Drug Policy Academy.
