

The Third African Forum on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence is jointly organised by the European Union and the Council of Europe, and hosted by the Government of Kenya. The Forum will focus on addressing emerging threats on cybercrime and electronic evidence and identifying more effective ways for international cooperation by exchanging knowledge and practical experience.

More than 350 cybercrime experts from over 31 African countries, representing criminal justice authorities, cybersecurity actors, data-protection authorities, academia, civil society and the private sector, converged in Nairobi from 25–27 November 2025 for the Third African Forum on Cybercrime and Electronic Evidence.
