On 5 October, a meeting of Cultural Routes Operators was held in Finland. The meeting was organized by the Finnish Ministry of Education and Culture, the Finnish Heritage Agency and Visit Finland.
The purpose of the meeting was to exchange information and to support the networking of Cultural Routes Operators in Finland. The themes discussed involved the results of the Kutaisi Annual Advisory Forum and the current developments of the Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe programme, which was presented by Mr. Stefano DOMINIONI, Executive Secretary of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe and Director of the European Institute of Cultural Routes.
The meeting also provided information on the EU Funding Programmes, Creative Europe and EU Structural funds, and a workshop on future development possibilities for Cultural Routes.
