Das Erweiterte Teilabkommen über Kulturrouten des Europarates (EPA) sichert die Umsetzung des Programms der Kulturrouten. Das EPA wurde im Jahr 2010 gegründet.

Das Sekretariat des erweiterten Teilabkommens über Kulturrouten befindet sich am Europäischen Institut für Kulturrouten (EICR) in Luxemburg.
