The government of Liechtenstein has made a voluntary contribution of CHF 93,000 (approximately €80,524) to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Georgia 2016-2019, the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2021, the Internet Platform to promote the protection of journalism and safety of journalists, as well as to help reduce the European Court of Human Rights backlog of well-founded cases.

The agreement was signed on 4 July 2018 by Ambassador Daniel Ospelt, Permanent Representative of Liechtenstein to the Council of Europe, and by Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
