[10 June 2011, Strasbourg] Germany conveyed to the Secretary General, the instrument of ratification of Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalization of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (CETS 189). The protocol shall enter into force in respect of Germany on 1st October 2011.
