[20 May 2011, Strasbourg] The permanent representative of Finland to the Council of Europe conveyed to the Secretary General, the instrument of ratification of Additional Protocol to the Convention on cybercrime, concerning the criminalization of acts of a racist and xenophobic nature committed through computer systems (CETS 189). The protocol shall enter into force in respect of Finland on 1st September 2011.
