William Hall

Mr. William “Bill” Hall (Speaker) is the U.S. Department of Justice’s International Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property (ICHIP) Attorney Advisor for Southeast Asia. Prior to coming to the region, Bill served as an Assistant Deputy Chief in DOJ’s Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section, where he helped manage the Section’s nationwide portfolio of investigations and prosecutions of computer crime and intellectual property crimes. He has also served in other capacities at the Justice Department, including as an Associate Deputy Attorney General, as an Assistant U.S. Attorney in San Diego, California, and as a prosecutor in the Child Exploitation and Obscenity Section.
