Mr. Oleksiy Takchenko is currently the International Relations Officer of the National Cybersecurity Coordination Center, National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine. He is also a lecturer on Cybersecurity, Informational security, Protection of critical infrastructure, International relations at the National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine.
He holds a Master of History/English (as a foreign language from Chernigiv National Pedagogic University, Chernigiv, Ukraine;
National Academy of the Security Service of Ukraine, MA in Law, Kyiv, Ukraine).
