Oleksandra Marchenko designs programmes, projects and campaigns that change how people understand and interact with technologies. Co-founder of CyVic, an NGO focused on AI and digital literacy for youth and cybersecurity workforce development. As Head of Nadiyno.org, she developed a nationwide  programme on digital literacy and security for civilians reaching 1.2M people in wartime Ukraine through consultations, capacity-building, educational content and several millions with awareness campaigns. Earlier Oleksandra designed and managed public communications projects for the EU and the US to counteract Russian propaganda. She worked as a journalist for BBC Ukraine, Deutsche Welle, Norwegian and Swedish media.
