Mr. Givi Bagdavadze leads the international affairs team at the Office of the Prosecutor General of Georgia. With over fifteen years of prosecutorial experience, he has handled diverse criminal cases, including war crimes, and advised extensively on criminal law policy. Earlier in his career, he worked as a law clerk at the European Court of Human Rights and the Constitutional Court of Georgia. Since 2023, Givi has served as a Bureau member of the Council of Europe's Cybercrime Committee (T-CY).
