Chamber Prosecutor of the Supreme Court, head of the Cybercrime Unit of the State Attorney General's Office of Spain since April 2011.

She is the national coordination of all the actions of the Spanish Public Prosecutor's Office fighting cybercrime, as well as the management of the network of specialised prosecutors in this area.  Manages the operation of the National Contact Point in according to the Protocol to combat illegal hate speech online.

Likewise, from December 2012 to April 2015, she combined this function with Delegate Prosecutor of the State Attorney General for the Criminal Protection of Equality and against Hate and Discrimination.

She usually participates in institutional and teaching activities, national and international , is member of the procedural section of the General Codification Commission, and is also the author of several publications related to the fight against cybercrime.

Represents Spain at meetings of the T-CY of the Budapest Convention of the Council of Europe and collaborates in training and support activities for legislative development organized in Ibero-America. She is also a member of the Ibero-American Network of Prosecutors Specialising in Cybercrime (CiberRed).

Silver Cross of Merit of the Guardia Civil, the Cross of Honor of San Raimundo de Peñafort and the Cross of the Order of Police Merit with white badge of the Cuerpo Nacional de Policía.

Since 1 July 2004, she was the Chief Prosecutor of the Technical Office of the State Attorney General, until 11 July 2011.
