With 28 years of professional experience devoted to the Public Prosecution, cybercrime suppression and mutual legal assistance in criminal matters, and opportunity until recently to head the specialized cybercrime prosecution office of Serbia, together with last 5 years being in charge of the Department for the MLA and Cybercrime of the Supreme Public Prosecution of his country, he prides himself for being the member of the international community of prosecutorial cybercrime experts.

Mr. Stamenkovic also has extensive experience in cybercrime capacity building of the criminal justice authorities and institutions both on domestic and international grounds within last 10 years and more, through numerous activities including co-authoring and coaching many of the training materials and trainings in this field, mostly for the Council of Europe C-PROC Office, with some activities with the OSCE, IOM agency of the UN, and others.

Recently his professional attention and interests are focusing on the global implementation of the Second Additional Protocol to the CoE Cybercrime Convention, together with working on the challenges of acquisition and admissibility of the electronic evidence in different criminal justice fields like illegal immigration, war crimes and human rights violations.
