Barbara Mae P. Flores is the OIC-Executive Director of the National Coordination Center Against OSAEC and CSAEM in the Philippines. A career prosecutor since 2008, she leads inter-agency efforts to investigate, prosecute, and prevent human trafficking and online sexual abuse or exploitation of children. She is a 2023 Hubert H. Humphrey Fellow at American University Washington College of Law, with a focus on human trafficking and international criminal law. She has represented the Philippine government in global justice forums and has received national awards for her leadership in anti-human trafficking initiatives.
