The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has made a voluntary contribution of €100,000 to support the prevention of violence against children and the Internet Platform to promote the protection of journalism and safety of journalists, and to reduce the European Court of Human Rights backlog of well-founded cases.

The agreement was signed on 23 October 2018 by Ambassador Stephan Müller, Permanent Representative of Luxembourg to the Council of Europe, and by Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
