The Grand Duchy of Luxembourg has made a voluntary contribution of €100 000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for the Republic of Moldova 2021-2024, the Council of Europe Action Plan on protecting vulnerable persons in the context of migration and asylum in Europe (2021-2025), the rights of LGBTI persons, the Venice Commission, and activities to combat violence against women.

The agreements were signed on 28 April 2022 by Ambassador Patrick Engelberg, Permanent Representative of Luxembourg to the Council of Europe and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
