On the occasion of the visit to the Council of Europe on 6 September 2018 by Mr. Rory Montgomery, Second Secretary General at the Department of Foreign Affairs of Ireland and his meetings with the Secretary General and the Deputy Secretary General, the government of Ireland has made a voluntary contribution totaling €124,978.07, to support the Webcasting of public hearings of the European Court of Human Rights, the Council of Europe’s Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2021, as well to promote human rights and equality for LGBT people.
