The Government of Estonia has made a voluntary contribution of €35,000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine “Resilience, Recovery and Reconstruction” 2023-2026, cooperation with representatives of Belarusian democratic forces and civil society, and the campaign for the safety of journalists "Journalists matter".
 
The agreement was signed on 22 February 2024 by Ambassador Rasmus Lumi, Permanent Representative of Estonia to the Council of Europe, and Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
