Czech Republic makes a voluntary contribution

The government of the Czech Republic has made a voluntary contribution of €33,100.51 to support the implementation of the Council of Europe Action Plan for Ukraine 2015-2017, bringing their total support to €40,462.92.

This Action Plan intends to support Ukraine in fulfilling its statutory and specific obligations as a Council of Europe member state and to contribute toward addressing fundamental issues of human rights and rule of law.

The agreement was signed on 5 April 2017 by Ambassador Emil Ruffer, Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the Council of Europe, and Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
