Czech Republic makes a voluntary contribution

The government of the Czech Republic has made a non-earmarked voluntary contribution of CZK 400,000 (approximately €15,170) to support the Council of Europe’s Action Plan for Georgia 2020-2023.

This Action Plan aims to support Georgia in fulfilling its statutory and specific obligations as a Council of Europe member state and to contribute toward addressing fundamental issues of human rights and rule of law.

The agreement was signed on 11 December 2020 by Ambassador Emil Ruffer, Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the Council of Europe, and Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
