The government of the Czech Republic has made a voluntary contribution of €19,061.42 to support the implementation of the Council of Europe Action Plans for Ukraine, bringing their total support to € 59,524.34.

These Action Plans intend to support Ukraine in fulfilling its statutory and specific obligations as a Council of Europe member state and to contribute toward addressing fundamental issues of human rights and rule of law.

The agreement was signed on 19 October 2017 by Ambassador Emil Ruffer, Permanent Representative of the Czech Republic to the Council of Europe, and Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
