Just like every year, ahead of the EYF applications’ deadline of 1 April, the European Youth Foundation (EYF) will organise information sessions for youth organisations on EYF grants to annual work plans and international activities, in co-operation with the European Youth Forum (YFJ).
These sessions will provide an opportunity for representatives of international NGOs, networks and national organisations, to discuss with the EYF Secretariat their challenges and questions relating to the preparation of EYF grant applications and reports.

The sessions will take place in person on 2and 3 March 2023, at the YFJ headquarters, in Brussels (Belgium), and include:

• Day 1 (morning): EYF information sessions for “beginners” and “advanced” organisations.
• Day 1 (afternoon): EYF training session on inclusion and diversity in youth projects, to promote networking and sharing of good practice.
• Day 2 (morning): consultation on the grants of the European Youth Foundation.

On both days, there will be a possibility to plan bilateral meetings with the EYF staff.  The working language will be English.

A detailed programme of the sessions will be sent to registered participants closer to the sessions.

Please note that international youth organisations and networks registered with the EYF based outside Brussels are also welcomed to participate in the information session in person. If you need financial support to cover your participation costs (travel, accommodation), please indicate it in your registration form. The EYF has limited funding to support participation; this funding will be allocated based on priority needs.

In addition to the sessions in Brussels, an online information session on the EYF grants to international activities and annual work plans will be organised on 6 March, from 10.00 to 12.00 CET.
