The Committee of Permanent Correspondents generally meets, since 2013, twice a year in order to follow the application of the adopted guidelines which determine the orientation and programmes of the Agreement and prepare the ministerial meetings, in accordance with the mandate.

The Bureau of the Committee is composed of the Chair, the two Vice-Chairs and the previous Chair.
