The government of France has made a voluntary contribution of €200,000 towards the World Forum for Democracy to be held in Strasbourg on 8-10 November 2017.

The agreement was signed on 27 April 2017 by Ambassador Jean-Baptiste Mattei, Permanent Representative of France to the Council of Europe, and  Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
