Whilst staff in the Council of Europe Headquarters marked the French National Day on 14th July, by arrangement between their Royal Highnesses Crown Prince Aleksandar and Princess Katherine and the Head of Office in Belgrade Tim Cartwright, colleagues from the Council of Europe Office in Belgrade enjoyed a private guided visit of the Royal Palaces and their art collections.
