On 29 January – 1 February 2024, the Heads of Council of Europe Offices and Programme Offices held their annual meeting in Strasbourg.
The meeting was opened by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Marija Pejčinović Burić, and by the Director of  Programme Co-ordination, Claus Neukirch.

Exchanges included discussions with the Council of Europe Commissioner for Human Rights; the Director General of Human Rights and Rule of Law, and the the Secretary General of the Congress. The participants also met notably with the Director of Political Affairs and External Relations, the Director General of Administration; the Special Representative of the Secretary General on Migration and Refugees as well as the Director of Committees of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. 

The participants also exchanged views on various topics, such as risk management, co-operation methodology, resource mobilisation, as well as communication.

The meeting was closed by the Deputy Secretary General, Bjorn Berge.
