The Principality of Monaco has made a voluntary contribution of €10,000 to support the Council of Europe Action Plan on Protecting Vulnerable Persons in the Context of Migration and Asylum in Europe 2021-2025.

The agreement was signed on 12 December 2023 by Ambassador Gabriel Revel, Permanent Representative of Monaco to the Council of Europe, and by Mr Bjørn Berge, Deputy Secretary General.
