On 04-05 December 2019, the Deputy Heads of Council of Europe Offices and Programme Offices held their annual meeting in Strasbourg. The meetings included discussions on strategic programming and resource mobilisation (per region) as well as annual reporting. Communication matters were also largely addressed along with the Project Management Methodology (PMM) and the IT tool.
