The government of Ireland has made a voluntary contribution of €240,678 to support the Council of Europe Action Plans for Armenia and for Ukraine, the cooperation activities in Kosovo*, the webcasting of public hearings of the European Court of Human Rights and the prevention of violence against women.

The agreements were signed on 2 July 2020 by Ambassador Breifne O’Reilly, Permanent Representative of Ireland to the Council of Europe, and by Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.

* All reference to Kosovo, whether the territory, institutions or population, in this text shall be understood in full compliance with United Nations Security Council Resolution 1244 and without prejudice to the status of Kosovo.
