The government of France has made a voluntary contribution of €200,000 to support the implementation of the Council of Europe’s Action Plan for Georgia 2016-2019 and the Council of Europe’s Action Plan for Ukraine 2018-2021, as well as to support history education and holocaust remembrance.

The agreement was signed on 11 December 2019 by Ambassador Jean-Baptiste Mattei, Permanent Representative of France to the Council of Europe, and Mrs Gabriella Battaini-Dragoni, Deputy Secretary General.
