In the framework of “Cooperation with Ukraine – Immediate measures package”, the Council of Europe monitored and provided feedback on the media coverage of the May 2014 presidential election campaign encompassing the state-funded broadcaster, 7 national, commercial and 46 regional TV channels, 6 national and 55 regional print newspapers, 4 radio stations, and 51 Internet sites.
