On 21st of October, the Council of Europe, jointly with the national public broadcaster “Teleradio-Moldova” launched a new media product on the market - the first multimedia digital platform in the Republic of Moldova for children aged 5-10 years old.
By offering a diverse range of content for children and developed by children, the mission of the platform is to inform, educate and entertain the target audience by creating a safe environment where children can engage in an interactive educational process.
Educative, friendly and interactive, the new platform of the public broadcaster, can be easily and safely accessed anywhere and anytime. Multimedia products, such as night stories, podcasts, video shows, tales, audio lessons, quizzes and games are created in an accessible manner, ensuring the children's access to an assortment of multimedia services that meet their informational, educational and recreational needs. A separate section for parents will keep them informed on relevant issues, such as child’s safety, educational tips and experts’ opinions on the topic.
Through the media product launched today, the public service broadcaster, Teleradio-Moldova is connecting in a new way with the future media consumers. By employing new communication channels aligned with current consumer’s preferences, the public service broadcaster is contributing to the creation of a unique experience for children in the Republic of Moldova.
