On 15 March 2022 an Online Resource Centre on Regulation, Self-Regulation and Media Literacy (CRRM) was launched in Tunisia. This is an online resource platform that was created with the technical and financial support of the joint EU-CoE Programme and implemented by the latter (PAII-T). The CRRM provides access to information needs of regulatory authorities in the regions of  South- Méditerranean and Sub-Saharan Africa belonging to the Francophone Network of Media Regulators (REFRAM) that HAICA has chaired since 2019.
