Within the framework of the projects “Promoting freedom of expression and media pluralism in Morocco” and “Support to personal data protection in Morocco” , Tuesday 15th of December, representatives of the Communication Department of the Ministry of Culture of the Youth and Sports of Morocco, CNP, HACA, ISIC, PMP and CNDP have assisted to a training session to become HELP tutors for the courses on Freedom of expression and Data protection. The aim of this HELP trainer training is to prepare participants to play the role of HELP trainers for their national training institutions.

This initiative is part of the Council of Europe Neighbourhood Partnership with Morocco 2018-2021 and is supported by Liechtenstein, Norway and Spain.
