The European Youth Foundation is visiting projects it is supporting and run by non-governmental youth organisations.

Through the visits the Foundation expects to increase the visibility of the EYF and the Council of Europe; give feedback to the Programming Committee on Youth (more about the Committee); establish contact with youth NGOs; get to know NGOs and the work they do.

Visited projects are organised by non-governmental youth organisations (NGOs) which are registered with the Foundation and received a grant. (More information on the application process).

Back Interview about the No Hate Speech campaign in Serbia

During the interview, Ivana Jelaca from the Media Diversity Institute Western Balkans and Miljana Pejic, Programme coordinator of the National Youth Council in Serbia, explain that EYF-supported pilot activity “Stop the hate” corresponds to their youth organisations’ response to “increased intolerance in online communication”. Through this activity, they hope to engage more young people in the No Hate Speech Campaign, which has lost momentum in Serbia, a country which has been affected by wars in the 90s. “We believe this will bring new life into the campaign”, stresses Miljana Pejic.
