At the invitation of the Enlarged Partial Agreement on Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe (EPA), the European Institute of Cultural Routes and the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland, the Executive Secretary participated as a speaker in the 12th Cultural Routes of the Council of Europe Annual Advisory Forum, held in Łódź, Poland. In his comments, delivered in the framework of the thematic session “Recommendations on Post-Conflict and Post-Disaster Recovery and Reconstruction – Conclusions for the Cultural Routes” he underlined the importance of the Recommendation CM/Rec(2018)3 on “Cultural heritage facing climate change: increasing resilience and promoting adaptation” adopted by the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe in 2018.
