The 1st Meeting of the Committee of Experts on New Media (MC-NM) was held on the 29th and 30th September 2009 in Strasbourg. The meeting was preceeded by a multi-stakeholder hearing on policy frameworks on new media which was attended by representatives from civil society, private sector and academia.
