The EYF (R)Evolution seminar was held at the European Youth Centre in Strasbourg from 11 to 14 March 2014. The seminar brought together representatives of international youth NGOs and networks experienced in running youth projects and working for NGOs registered with the European Youth Foundation.

The seminar took place one year after the launch of the new regulations, online system, website and grant categories.  The introduction of the new grant types, annual work plan and structural grants, available only to international youth NGOs and network s was a thrilling but also challenging period for the NGOs and EYF. Thus, the EYF (R)Evolution seminar was directed to international youth NGOs and networks. 

As a result of the seminar the EYF:

• received feedback and shared information on the work with the new operational regulations (new online system and website);
• created a common understanding concerning the new grants available (annual work plans and structural grants);
• gained awareness about the different situations organisations address with the support of EYF grants;
• revitalised transparency and accountability between the European Youth Foundation and youth organisations;
• achieved open and informal networking between the EYF team and the people running projects with EYF grants;
• shared best practices concerning projects.
