EYF supported projects cover all the Council of Europe country members, as well as the Cultural Convention Signatories: Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Holy See.



The EYF supports activities undertaken by the following types of organisations and/or networks:

  • international youth NGOs;
  • international network of youth NGOs;
  • regional network of youth NGOs;
  • national youth NGOs;
  • local youth NGOs.

  • Currently, you can browse through various Council of Europe resources we encourage NGOs to consider while addressing a particular subject. Have a look at a topic of interest and see how this has been addressed and what, if any, issues or angles have been overlooked.
  • You will also find materials developed by the Council of Europe in partnership with other European bodies.
