RUSZ Harry Alex

Harry Alex Rusz is extraordinary and plenipotentiary Ambassador at the Permanent representation of Hungary to the Council of Europe since 2015. He holds a diploma in European as well as diplomatic studies. He has held several positions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Hungary, his former posting was as Deputy PSC-Representative of Hungary.
