Emma Lantschner is Associate Professor at the Graz School of Interdisciplinary Transnational Studies at the University of Graz. Her research and teaching focus on the protection of national minorities, as well as equality and non-discrimination law. Prior to joining the University of Graz, she worked as a researcher at the Institute for Minority Rights at EURAC Research in Bolzano/South Tyrol. She has also served as an expert on minority issues for the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) and the European Commission. Emma Lantschner studied law at the University of Innsbruck and obtained her PhD in Law from the University of Graz, where she subsequently completed her habilitation.
