For over twenty years, Mr. Feldman has built a professional career in human rights at national and international levels as a high-level state official, expert, and advisor. He possesses extensive grassroots experience across seventeen countries, having contributed to over fifty projects advising various UN, governmental, and non-governmental organisations, including in security-challenged regions. He has also trained professionals from more than thirty countries across Europe, Asia, and Africa.

Mr. Feldman currently serves his third consecutive term as President of the Equality Council – an independent, quasi-judicial human rights institution in Moldova. Elected in 2025, Mr. Feldman also serves as a member of the Executive Board and Treasurer of Equinet – the European Network of Equality Bodies. In December 2015, the Equality Council, led by Mr. Feldman, received the annual UN Moldova Human Rights Award.
