On 7 September 2022 the cultural association Arte-Mide presented at the 79th Venice Film Festival its
#FEELINGVENICE project, which explores the links between the intangible heritage of the city of Venice
and its lagoon. The event took place in the Spazio Regione Veneto of the Excelsior Hotel. It was organized in
cooperation with Veneto Film Commission and partially funded by the DIVA project of the European
INTERREG program Italy-Slovenia. The short film by Francesca Serravalle presents the Venice lagoon
through images as well as sounds and personal memories collected through interviews in a digital archive.
Ermelinda Damiano City of Venice Council President, Chiarastella Serravalle Arte-mide President, and
Luisella Pavan Woolfe Director of the Council of Europe Italian Representation took the floor.
