On 10 April 2021, the International Rotary 2060 District Forum took place. During the event, prominent personalities operating in the cultural field in the Veneto region took the floor. The topic was “Rotary and culture as a democratic, social and economic development tool”.

The Head of the Italian Representation of the Council of Europe Luisella Pavan-Woolfe participated, with an interview recorded in the Venice offices, where she spoke about cultural rights, heritage communities and the indicators developed by the Council of Europe on the links between culture and democracy.
