On 6 September, the Director of the Italian Office of the Council of Europe Luisella Pavan-Woolfe attended the inauguration of the first semester of the 2022/2023 academic year of the Venice International University. Francesco Rutelli, President of National Association of Digital Audio-visual Cinematographic Industries and Chair of the Soft Power Club delivered the opening Lectio Magistralis on the theme: “New Culture Wars in the Digital Era: Can Soft Power and Cultural Diplomacy be Antidotes?”
