On account of the Covid-19 health crisis, the Tribunal had to introduce special measures for holding its public hearings, valid until further notice. All oral submissions will be made by videoconference that will not be available to the public.
 

Two hearings will be held before the Administrative Tribunal by videoconference on Thursday 10 and Friday 11 December 2020 in the following appeals:

• Thursday 10/12 at 2.30 p.m.: Appeal No. 661/2020 – Ulrich BOHNER (VII) and appeal No. 662/2020 – Antonella CAGNOLATI v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The hearing will be chaired by Mr András BAKA, Deputy Chair.
• Friday 11/12 at 9.30 a.m.: Appeal No. 665/2020 – Ilknur YUKSEK (II) v. Secretary General of the Council of Europe. The hearing will be chaired by Ms Nina VAJIĆ, Chair of the Tribunal.
