Decisions on appeals
On this page, you will find a complete list of decisions issued by the Administrative Tribunal with respect to the appeals lodged before it. The decisions rendered by its predecessor, the Appeals Board, are also included. These decisions comprise judgments on the admissibility and/or merits of the cases, as well as orders of manifest inadmissibility and orders removing cases from the list of pending appeals.
Decisions can be sorted by outcome (using the menu on the left) or searched by free keyword via the general search bar. Each decision is accompanied by a detailed case summary ("Case details") which includes:
> the subject matter of the appeal, as published in the notice intended to allow third-party intervention;
> the themes and keywords associated with the decision in the Tribunal’s case law database ;
> a legal summary.
The case details are prepared by the Registry. They do not bind the Tribunal.
