In pursuance of Section IV of the Cooperation Agreement, the Executive Committee is composed of five members from participating tribunals, each acting in their personal capacity and designated by participating tribunals for a renewable term of three years. 

The first Executive Committee was constituted on 14 April 2026. The current members of the Executive Committee are:

• Kieran Bradley, Judge, Chair of the Executive Committee;
• Drazen Petrovic, Judge;
• Pablo Sandonato de León, Judge;
• Mindiéba Ouoba, Judge;
• Laura Maglia, Registrar.

The Executive Committee acts on behalf of the participating tribunals, as the coordinating body responsible inter alia for planning and coordinating activities under the Cooperation Agreement and examining applications to participate in the Agreement. The full list of tasks vested in the Executive Committee is set out in Section IV.4 of the Agreement. 

The Executive Committee held its first meeting on 6 May 2026 by videoconference and elected Judge Kieran Bradley as its Chair for a term of one year.
