Before filling in this form, please take note of the provisions of Articles 24 and 25 of the Rules of Procedure of the Administrative Tribunal.

Once completed, the form must be printed out and signed by hand. The signed form must be sent to the Registry, both in its original paper form and in scanned digital form, in accordance with the procedures set out in Article 9 of the Rules of the Administrative Tribunal.

Please note that from 1 December 2024, the Registry offices will be located at the Palais de l'Europe. Anyone wishing to submit an appeal in person, or hand in documents, is invited to contact the Registry beforehand to arrange an appointment.
